Please refer to below email where we have already started our operation at
Kunduz Covid-19 Hospital but yet we have to receive the first installment as
per our mutual signed contract. Therefore it is kindly requesting you that
please release our first installment that we could make settlement of the
initial payments to bring more efficiency and effectiveness in the project
implementation.

Dear AHF colleagues,

I trust you all are fine.

First, we are so thankful for selecting JACK as a Responsible Partner (RP)
to deliver Covid-19 health services in Kunduz province. I assure that we
will put all our efforts to deliver best health services and to achieve all
objectives as per our mutual signed agreement dated February 22, 2022.

Further, it is to inform you that all the vacancies are announced and soon
the recruitments will be finalized. All required procurements have been
finalized and the vendors have been selected. Thus, we are requesting to
issue our first installment that we could start our operation physically at
earliest. When will be the payment release. Please instruct me whether could
we use our cover fund or any other source for the starting of operations
until we receive our initial amount from your side?
