express the team comments regarding data entry of the remaining covid-19 
positive form.
We are committed to this task and look forward JACK technical support.

COVID-19 positive cases. Our office set up space and internet for them, 
however there were only 3 active PCs for data entry. In 25 days, they could 
only enter 750 positive cases.

If we continue like this, 750 = 1 month – (10 months = 7500 cases)

We would lose a lot of resources with less outcome.

I have shared the plan as below with our own staff:

1.      Dr Samiullah Roghman (30 Case per day)

2.      Dr Mohammad Hashim Safar (50 Case per day)

3.      Dr Milad Matloob (30 case per day)

4.      Dr Fardina (60 Cases per day) she is currently on leave, when she 
arrives she will start the work.

5.      Dr Ziaulhaq (30 Case per day)

6.      Dr Negina (30 Case per day)

7.      Samir Habibi (50 Case per day)

Per day we will enter 280 positive cases. It means in one month we would 
enter 8400 cases. If our colleagues stick to their plan, we will finish the 
job before one month.

However, the mentioned staff need CREDIT CARD per week. DHIS2 database do 
not open in weak connections so the connection should be fast and it should 
available day and night. So kindly procure credit card for above mentioned 
staff.

Note: The MoPH staff should be appreciated and should be sent back to their 
real duties with an official letter.
