Dear Dr Sahib Ahmad

Today we had a meeting with surveillance office of MoPH. I will share the 
agree points:

1.      I shared our plan on data entry by MoPH colleagues, they were 
satisfied but requested to go as plan. The current batch will be with us for 
5 days, after that, they will send 8 more staff for entry. So we have time, 
just need 8 PCs and fast internet along with target follow up by Dr Milad on 
daily basis.

2.      Mr Shukrullah Noorzai will personally share the results of CPHL with 
us, it means we have cut one line. Now the results will be shared to MoPH 
and we will receive from them. We hope it solves our problems on results.

3.      CPHL requested that if any of our team members take samples for mean 
of travel, they should right travel, not illness. However, in our project 
TOR, we cannot take samples for travel purpose. However, there are demands 
by higher authorities on travel samples. In case of officiality, we should 
take approval from KBL PPHD then we should right TRAVEL purpose on our 
samples. Because currently PPHD provides certificates on our sample, but we 
cannot right travel on our line list due to our TOR.

4.      CPHL requested that our line list should be submitted to them before 
6 PM, we will change the current staff to maintain this task.

The points will be followed up and will be reported back to top management.
