authority still we are facing the existed problem.

Since we have taken over the project of ERHSP from previous implementing 
partner, we have realized that there is a difficulty in chain of “COVID-19 
patients result sharing from CPHL to MoPH surveillance directorate, then to 
KBL PPHD surveillance office and to implementing partner data entry team.

This difficulty is growing each day and our teams are complaining that they 
even have not received the results from 1 month.

We have a focal point of sample receiver, when Dr Ramin receives the samples 
from all RRT and DCs, he line lists them and submit them to CPHL.

The CPHL runs the samples and shares the results to MoPH surveillance 
directorate, after that the result is shared with KBL PPHD surveillance 
officer and then it is shared with IPs data entry team.

According to our data entry team, the real issue is:  When the Line list is 
shared with CPHL, they run the tests and when they share the results there 
are missing in codes of patients, names, even father name. sometimes it is 
very difficult to identify whether the patient is from RRTs, DCs or any 
other site. Sometimes the result of a specific site is not shared, but when 
we refer to master list, the results are available there. The results are 
shared after “minimum 4 days”.

Recommendation: CPHL should stick to our line list, there should be no 
change in code, name, father name or any other information. The result 
should be shared after 24 hours or 36 hours maximum (both CPHL & MoPH 
surveillance directorate). If possible, one of our representative should be 
a focal point to follow up the results with CPHL directly in order to reduce 
the risk of data loss.
