Dear Colleagues,

Greetings,

Thank you all for the active participation in today meeting ; followings are 
the action points and seriously will be followed and I hope you give time to 
the points to focus more and to follow them there in province and keep me 
update step by step;

1.       COVID-19 RRTs and DCs staff are in place and the contract with them 
is till end of project contract 02 May 2021.

2.       The salary of COVID-19 one guard which is 25000 AFs to divide on 
two so for each one 12500 AFs will be contracted so , we will have two 
guards and the name of second guard will be sent to you from here.

3.       COVID-19 RRTs and DCs performances are very weak so invite the Gov 
under controlled areas RRTs and DCs staff for coordination meeting and 
insist on them even we can change them if the performance is like this. 
Meanwhile invite the relevant areas CHSs to build coordination mechanism 
among them

4.       EPR committees are must to be in all HFs with specific ToR and 
monthly report

5.       Emergency boxes are must to be in all HFs with updated dates and 
list and expenditures form

6.       Mortality and Morbidity committees are must to be in all HFs and 
from tomorrow on the relevant supervisor of Gov under controlled HFs must 
follow the committees and monthly basis the reports are must to be shared 
with RH department of the provincial office .

7.       Quarterly Technical progressive report of Sehatmandi project is 
must to be prepared and work on the narrative and HMIS both portions

8.       Measles outbreak preparation for unexpected outbreaks and EPI 
department is assigned to develop a detail plan for such cases

9.       Emergency preparation or contingency plan for any unexpected 
emergency to be developed

10.   Khan Abad DH oxygen must supply before a week to finish

11.   The fuel and gas of Khan Abad DH should contract or supply from Khan 
Abad city or nearby not from Kunduz

12.   Estimated number of 10 categories candidates for COVID-19 vaccine or 
COVAX should be counted and share with main office that in upcoming two or 
three weeks how many doses will be out

13.   The COVID-19 vaccines staffing must be finalized tomorrow the list is 
shared from main office and do not wait for PPHD or REMT sign the contract 
and send us the final list tomorrow for training

14.   Daily basis the COVID-19 vaccine reporting is must to be shared

15.   Invite the GAVI OI teams and assign them for COVID-19 vaccine and 
awareness and specifically give them the list of 10 categories COVID-19 
candidates population

16.   Link the GAVI OI teams with nearby HFs where there is COVID-19 
vaccines to refer people or refer people for other centers to HFs for 
COVID-19 vaccination

17.   Share the specific information of the 10 categories or who should be 
vaccinated to the GOV under controlled areas EPI fixed centers and ensure 
yourselves from the availability of COVID-19 vaccines

18.   PMO monitor is coming to Kunduz so be prepared for

19.   Medicines of Khan Abad district HFs is must to be supplied and finish 
till tomorrow

20.   Medicines of other districts must finished in two days along with 
government controlled areas
