latest complete solar calendar month. We want to congratulate you both and 
your entire team for making a tremendous effort to increase the static level 
of supervision in Kunduz from 49% to 80% over the last month. We hope to see 
more focus on the outreach sessions and helping HFs to manage to conduct 
more of their planned session in the coming months.

Please coordinate with PEMT to conduct the review meeting before the 10th of 
this month and inform everyone copied in this email.

Important Note:

As per the discussion during the last quarterly review meeting, NEPI is 
going to start use of the newly developed Vaccine Request Form (VRF) and a 
revised VRF process across all provinces.

For this purpose, a 30-minute training session will be facilitated during 
this month's monthly datapack review meeting. It's important that all 
REMT/PEMT and BPHS managers, supervisors and cold chain staff attend this 
month's datapack review meeting in order to receive the VRF training.

As a next step, all EPI supervisors after receiving the VRF training will 
provide on-the-job training to vaccinators during their EPI supervisions 
this month.
