You are hereby kindly requested to celebrate the National CHW’s Day in your related province(s) as usual and even better than that. Please consider the following issues as a practiced in the previous , considering COVID 19 preventive ways: · Based on the Number of Health Facilities, From each HF two CHWs should be invited to attend the celebration ceremony in the center of the Province, BPHS NGOs and PPHD can decide about the modality and number of participants based on COVID 19 situation in their province ( Gender equality and pre-made criterias which is below attached should be considered) · Some Health Shura members, FHA group members and CHSs should also be invited to this celebration ceremony. · In the celebration ceremony respected governor of the province, head and members of provincial council , other respected authorities from government and community, representatives from Media, should be invited and members of provincial health team and representatives of BPHS implementer NGOs should also participate actively . For Celebration of this National Day the following expenses have to be covered by BPHS implementer NGOs: · Participant’s lunch and Refreshment. · Round trip Transportation expenses to the invited CHWs, CHSs, Health shura members, and FHA group members. · Providing appreciation letters to the invited CHWs, CHSs and Health Shura members. · Providing proper motivational Items ( Gifts) for the invited community health workers, CHSs and Health shura members * Print of Banners (at least three banners including National slogan of the day) Attached official letter, Selection criteria and The Day slogan are once again shared for your further process We are going to share the HE president Massage and HE Minister speech as soon as those are finalized.
