Dear Nutrition Cluster Colleagues:

Hello again.

I will share the draft meeting minutes soon. Meanwhile, I thought it is best 
to have this follow up email with a few action points from yesterday 
(instead of waiting for fully written meeting minutes), so that these can be 
followed up by concerned colleagues/agencies timely.

*	There were comments around supplies. One action point was MoPH/UNICEF/WFP 
to come together for timely planning, requesting, and delivery of supplies 
in collaboration with partners. Partners are fully aware of all the 
processes/procedures and timeline required in requesting the supplies.
*	There was one follow up action needed regarding reporting around TSFP. 
The NND manager, IM Nutrition Cluster, WFP to have a discussion with 
partners around data validation and timeline.

*	On HRP/HNO presentation: suggestion was given to make sure that the 
sources of data are mentioned (done as part of HRP). Concern around 
sustainability of services were raised and need to advocate for nutrition 
funding domestically and with international donors (on-going advocacy). 
Suggestion was given to ensure what is prevalence of malnutrition and what 
the caseload estimation/projection is.

*	There were expression of interests to be part of Strategic Review 
Committee and Technical Review Committee for reviewing proposals under AHF. 
AADA, ACF, ANDMA, JACK, MEDAIR, OPHA, PND, PU-AMI, SC have expressed their 
interests to be part of SRC/TRC.
