s: </strong>IEA forces conducted no further large-scale searches in Kabul P=
rovince, most likely signalling the end of related operations in the provin=
ce, despite no official IEA statement announcing their cessation.<br /><br =
/>However, while large-scale house-to-house searches are winding down, IEA =
forces still maintain a heightened posture near most PD and DAC headquarter=
s in the province, as well as additional mobile checkpoints, and a resumpti=
on of similar operations remains possible in the medium term. In addition, =
IEA members may continue to conduct more targeted operations based on speci=
fic suspicions throughout the province.<br /><br />Although the exact outco=
me and impact of the operation in terms of arrests and seizures of illicit =
items remains somewhat unclear, IEA officials have indicated that they have=
 seized a large number of illegal firearms, military equipment, GOA-issued =
vehicles, narcotics, and alcohol among other items, while arresting unspeci=
fied numbers of suspected criminals and OAG members.<br /><br />Between 25 =
February and 10 March, INSO recorded IEA searches impacting a total of 22 N=
GOs, mostly in PD 4 and PD 10 of Kabul City, although this is likely an und=
erestimation. While these searches reportedly remained largely cordial and =
superficial, their potential to disrupt NGO operations and the additional p=
sychological stress they exert on staff members nonetheless remain a concer=
n, as similar IEA searches impacting NGOs remain conceivable in the future.=

f operations, as the overall effort remains ongoing as of the time of writi=
ng.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.<br /><br /><strong>A=
s of 14 March, 0915 hrs: </strong>IEA search operations resumed within Kabu=
l City in PD 13 and 18, as well as in Paghman District.<br /><br />While IE=
A posture is currently not reported to be heightened in other areas, additi=
onal targeted search operations may still be conducted over the course of t=
he day in other PDs and districts of the province.<br /><br />The previous =

ong>IEA search operations resumed in Kabul City in PD 3, 5, 6, 13, and 18. =
In PD 11, 15, and 17, IEA forces are currently not conducting additional se=
arch operations, but still maintain a heightened posture.<br /><br />Outsid=
e of Kabul City, IEA forces resumed search operations in Paghman and Shakar=
dara districts. IEA forces in Khak-e Jabbar, Surobi, and Chaharasyab distri=
cts remain mobilised, but have not resumed search operations.<br /><br />Th=
e previous advisory remains in place.<br /><br /></div>

ong>IEA search operations have resumed in Kabul City in PD 3, 5, 6, 13, and=
 18. In PD 7, 8, and 9, IEA forces are currently not conducting additional =

ed search operations in Paghman and Shakardara districts as well as in part=
s of Surobi District. IEA forces in Khak-e Jabbar and parts of Chaharasyab =
districts reportedly remain mobilised, but have not resumed search operatio=
ns.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.<br /><br /></div>

ng> Search operations have concluded for the day in the affected areas. Dur=
ing the course of the day, IEA forces also conducted several targeted searc=
h operations in the border area of PD 8, Chaharasyab, and Bagrami districts=
, which did not result in any arrests.<br /><br />A significant number of I=
EA forces reportedly remain deployed in PDs 3, 5, 6, 9, 13, and 18 as well =
as Surobi, Paghman, and Shakardara districts and a resumption of search ope=
rations in these areas is anticipated by tomorrow morning.<br /><br />The p=
revious advisory remains in place.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 11 March, 1000 hrs:</stro=
ng> The IEA posture is increased and operations have resumed in PDs 3, 5, a=
nd 6, as well as parts of PDs 9, 13, and 18, of Kabul City. No operations a=
re taking place, to INSO's knowledge in PD 7 and PD 8, however, the IEA has=
 re-established mobile checkpoints and are conducting vehicle checks in the=
se PDs.<br /><br />Elsewhere in Kabul Province, IEA posture is high and hou=
se-to-house search operations are ongoing in Surobi, Paghman, and Shakardar=
a districts. In Khak-e Jabar, the IEA posture is increased, but no operatio=
ns are ongoing thus far. In the remaining districts, the IEA posture is hig=
h near police compounds, and it is likely that the IEA will conduct targete=
d operations rather than house-to-house searches. <br /><br />The previous =
advisory remains in place.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 10 March, 2000 hrs: </str=
ong>Operations stopped for the day in Kabul City and surrounding districts.=
 <br /><br />As before, house-to-house searches are likely to resume tomorr=
ow morning, in the same PDs as today, in the south, west, and east of Kabul=
. However, according to IEA members, the operation in Kabul City has reache=
d its final stage, and searches may cease within days. The IEA posture is a=
lso decreased in parts of the city where operations were ongoing today, inc=
luding in PDs 8, 7, and 9, giving some credence to the IEA's assertions tha=
t the operation is nearing completion.<br /><br />The previous advisory rem=
ains in place.<br /><strong><br />As of 10 March, 0915 hrs:</strong> The se=
arch operation resumed this morning in PDs 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13 and 18 of K=
abul City. Furthermore, the search operation resumed in Paghman, Shakardara=
 and Khak-e Jabar districts. There are currently no signs of active search =
operations in Farza District, while the IEA posture in Surobi District have=
 increased and will likely see search operation start during the day or tom=
orrow.&nbsp;<br /><br />Searches are anticipated to continue throughout the=
 day and may include NGO offices, compounds, and guesthouses.<br /><br /></=

ng> The search operation ended for the day in Kabul City, where it was ongo=

search operation did not resume in Mirbacha Kot, however, IEA forces mainta=

 ongoing today in PDs 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, parts of PD 10, northern parts o=
f PD 11, northwestern parts of PD 17 and the northeastern part of PDs 15 an=
d 16. Furthermore, search operations started in PD 3, during the day. Searc=
h operations are expected to continue in the same PDs in the morning, and m=
ost likely some of the PDs will be completed during the day.&nbsp;<br /><br=
 /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Furthermore, search operations continue=
d throughout the day in Deh Sabz, Bagrami, Farza, Shakardara, Guldara and M=
irbacha Kot districts. Search operations also ceased for the night in these=
 districts but will resume in the morning, and IEA maintains an elevated po=
sture, including mobile checkpoints.&nbsp;<br /><br />Notably, during today=
's operation in PD 2 of Kabul City, IEA forces seized six Humvee-type vehic=
les, one other armoured vehicle and a small number of weapons from a privat=
e residence. Reportedly, the residence belonged to a member of the former G=
OA; however, the ownership could not be independently verified as of the ti=
me of writing.<br /><br /></div>

ected to continue throughout the day and are expected to continue to includ=

A forces will also conduct searches tomorrow in Charikar, Bagram, Ghorband,=
 Shinwari and Shaikh Ali. <br /><br />Earlier today IEA spokesman issued a =
statement regarding the progress of the ongoing search operation, including=
 voluntary handover of weapons and unspecified equipment belonging to forme=
r ANSF and GOA. The statement further mentioned IEA intent to combat crimin=
ality, including abductions, and urged civilians to report information abou=
t criminals or weapons to IEA authorities. Furthermore, the statement claim=
ed that the search operation would end shortly, though no specific date was=
 mentioned.<br /><br />Search operations are expected to continue tomorrow =
morning and are expected to continue to include NGO compounds present in th=
e above-mentioned areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

ched as part of the operations in Kabul City. While attempts at avoiding IE=
A members to enter NGO premises by explaining the nature of the organisatio=
n have been mostly unsuccessful, INSO has not received reports of significa=
nt damage to property, violence or threats to NGO staff members. Searches c=
an be expected to continue to include NGO facilities in the coming days.<br=
 /><br />When completing the search of a house, IEA forces have marked the =
door of the compound, with a text saying that the compound had been searche=
d and secured, to track progress and to avoid double searching.<br /><br />=
IEA forces have made arrests during the search operations; however, the fig=
ure currently remains unknown. Furthermore, IEA forces have seized weapons,=
 including personal weapons, from multiple houses, and an unknown number of=
 vehicles have been confiscated.&nbsp;<br /><br />In one incident, in the Q=
ala-e Fatullah area of PD 10, IEA forces shot around three warning shots in=
to the air to stop a vehicle that reportedly attempted to escape a checkpoi=
nt. The driver and three other persons in the vehicle were arrested, and an=
 unknown amount of weapons were reportedly seized from the vehicle. Aside f=
rom this incident, there have been no reports of armed clashes or shots fir=
ed in Kabul City, as a result of the operation.&nbsp;<br /><br />Aside from=
 operations in Kabul Province, similar large scale search operations have b=
een conducted in Parwan and Kapisa provinces throughout the day. These oper=
ations have also been paused for the night. Furthermore, an increased IEA p=
resence has been observed in Logar Province, with additional mobile checkpo=
ints around Mohammad Agha DAC and Pul-e Alam City.&nbsp;<br /><br />IEA iss=
ued a statement regarding the ongoing operation through social media, infor=
ming the public about the ongoing search operation of Kabul City and surrou=
nding provinces. The statement urged civilians to cooperate with the securi=
ty forces and explained that the operations were to ensure security.&nbsp;<=
