Dear JACK Management team

Greeting

We have meeting with SCI representatives, Dr. Zahidullah Shagiwall BMZ 
project coordinator in Kabul office, Pharmacy Manager from head office, 
Engr. Hashemy BMZ project coordinator in Kunduz Office, Dr. Sharafat ECOH 
project coordinator in Kunduz office,

The agenda was to monitor BMZ project all activities, pharmaceutical, and 
etc.

As you are in the picture, BMZ project started in April, 1st, 2019, and it 
has three components, such as livelihood, Health and Nutrition and child 
protection, the first one is being implemented by SCI, so child protection 
component has some activities e.g. participation in CEPAN meeting, 
conduction of community dialogues and other meeting with community member 
and parents,  case management ( case finding, case referring and case follow 
up) thus the meeting conclusion as follows,

1-      May BMZ project extend up March 2021,

2-      JACK office must rent one more vehicle for child protection 
activities and MHT teams monitoring and supervision, and mentioned every 
health team should monitor every day,

3-      Remaining training based on TNA should be conducted by the end of 
Nov, 2020,

4-      Chairs should be purchase for MHT team staff from running cost of 
budget

Finally they mentioned and emphasized for better coordination, 
implementation and partnership JACK must rent one more vehicle for said 
purpose, thus I am kindly requested to rent one more vehicle for 
strengthening of tie for good coordination and partnership with SCI in the 
future, and stated that if JACK do not rent vehicle we will share the report 
with BMZ as well,

However, your positive response will be highly appreciated in this regards
