Greetings from Kunduz,

Let me update you that COVID-19 staff performance review already complete
and the main finding and gaps in the meeting in provincial office with Dr
Saqib, Dr Majedi and Dr Khisraw shared and they advised by Dr Sahib Ghani
, Dr Sahib Malik and Dr Sahib tokhi to have close coordination with each
other and suggested participate in the each meeting of BPHS weakly and
month meeting.

Attached is soft and Hard copy of the result for the final decisions of
Kabul top management.

Note: 1- The result not shared with anyone yet we are interest to have
Kabul comments and concerns as well.

2- Minute of meeting of the will share by Amin Jan HR Officer
with you.
