Dear MS. Shaima,

We understand the issue however it is also important to bring it to your 
attention that we have been in the state of emergency in Kunduz province for 
the last couple of month  during this time we have utilized  all the 
core-fund that we had allocated to finance the projects, at the moment there 
is no more core  fund available with us to pay the salary of TSFP Kunduz 
project staff until receive our next instalment of our ongoing projects.
