Basos CHC: No timely  TSFP staff salary payment  in such a quarantine
condition. Meanwhile, there was not any stock card & tale sheet. likewise,
the super cereal was finished & CP needs to PLW MUAC measure also in this
CHC.

50-bed DHC:

*	CP needs to pay attention to the sanitary of latrines (Male &
Female).
*	Meanwhile, CP needs to be careful about the stock as mousses each
time attacks on food items & should pesticide the mousses & other pests to
keep the stock based on WFP-requirements'. 
*	CP staff said that this is the first monitoring done on this site.

*	Likewise, there was one TSFP staff that she registers the CH & PLW
beneficiaries. Besides, she works as a distributor, but she needs to have
training on TSFP. 
*	Her salary is still not provided as she needs it much. 
*	Meanwhile no tale sheet & stock card was available in the stock.
