Dear valued SPs,

According to the timeline of HMIS data submission to the MoPH central HMIS 
Department, you are supposed to send quarterly data by 15th to 20th of next 
solar month. After 20th to 30th,  HMIS Department may share with you any 
feedback if needed and make possible corrections.

Once the database is closed on 30th of that month, please be informed that 
NO CHANGE will be ACCEPTABLE thereafter.

Note: force majeure cases would be dealt on case by case basis.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail.
