Greetings from Main Office,

Since the Sehatmandi and other projects started,  JACK had many more 
achievements and some gaps were existed too. All these achievements are the 
results of hard worker team members here in main office,  provincial office 
and in health facilities even indirectly on community level CHWs and Shura 
members. JACK leadership is highly appreciated from you all.

JACK is committed to provide provision of qualified health services and 
non-health services such as education and ..etc in overall Afghanistan based 
on project location.

Leadership in JACK is committed  to enrich professionalism  and always tries 
to  apply the standardized mechanisms of management in relevant projects. As 
we promised that 2020 will be the year of positive change , so the 
organogram of overall organization is changed and will be shared through 
operation department with all of you.

Therefore , we are introducing Dr. NOOR AHMAD AHMAD as Program Manager , who 
was health program coordinator in 2019 and now his position promoted and 
upgraded  to Program Manager.

All the projects (Health, Nutrition and non-health ) Sehatmandi, verticals 
like malaria  , BMZ , TSFP and so on and non -health such as education, 
vocational trainings, development, protection, capacity building, WASH, 
research some of the projects are currently going on and some of them are in 
process of proposal development and according to our strategic plan all of 
them will be enhance are   under command and direction of Dr. Noor Ahmad 
Ahmad.

Dr. NOOR AHMAD  is responsible for the JACK leadership  in all projects 
through out of the country  and he will answer all the questions. Whenever 
there is gap , he is responsible for us, therefore I am kindly requesting 
from all project managers, managers and heads  that kindly extend your 
cooperation and coordination with him and go ahead under his direction based 
on the new organogram which will be shared very soon.

And he is responsible for all development activities such proposal 
development and so on.
