Trainings (Helen has worked out on this) i. Partner Level (WHO’s feedback was to provision equipement management training to FATP health facilities, as many of the equipments are kept idle and not used, thus the staff need to know how to use it and how to make minor repairs) ii. Johanniter Level b. FATP establishment i. Construction BOQs (AADA and JACK) – a review is needed ii. FATP supplies 1. One time purchases 2. Consumables iii. Medicines (meant for FATPs) iv. Follow up related supplies (If we don’t have, we should consider them either in consumables or in medicines) v. Physiotherapy (equipements and maintenance) vi. Laboratory (BOQ is needed for establishment costs and its consumables) vii. Psycho-Social Care (any consumables and medicines ??)- confirm with Tabish c. Rapid Response Teams i. BOQs for Ambulances (single time investments and consumables) d. Transportation costs for PwDs and patients for higher level referrals (using Cash Transfer Programme)? See whether this is feasible in Ghazni and Kunduz (Ahmad Akbary, please use the risk analysis for doing such scheme with JACK, AADA and Amiri) Helen and Akbar Ahmadi will be focal points for having all the documents in one place and share it with Khangelani, so that he will include them into the Budget sheet of ECHO.
