Dear Shahzad Sahib,

Hope you are doing well.

You may know that from the last couple of months, the provincial team
colleagues are working day & night to overcome the challenges in Parwan
province. And it is to mention that we, in collaboration with the team, were
able to carry out every tasks successfully.

Some of the team members have requested for a refreshment tour towards
northern provinces for two days. Following employees will be part of this
tour.

1-      Naseer Gulzai - Deputy Admin Finance

2-      Zahid Ibrahimi-  Admin/ HR Officer

3-      Abdul Dayan- IT Officer

4-      Dr. Milad- Mental Health Officer

5-      Abdullah Abid-  Admin/HR Assistant

6-      Naveed Quraishi- Procurement Assistant

7-      M- Asef - Transport Assistant

8-      Sher Zamin- Pharmacy Assistant

In my opinion, if we can facilitate the 2 days tour, it will show our
sincere commitment to our employees. Therefore, I am requesting for their
two days leave i.e. 16th and 17th March, 2022.
