In the EPI Refresher training section, NEPI had decided that the trainer =
should be from NEPI, otherwise the training held by the NGO and =
PEMT/PPHD is not acceptable to the MoPH, especially NEPI.

I want to share the issue with you and I'm waiting for your =

I reviewed the training plan. I thank Dr. Sahib Qasem sangen for their =
efforts and I consider it necessary to mention the following points in =
order to enrich this plan.

1. In the emergency maternity training, the location of the participants =
is mentioned at the wrong level, which causes problems in training =
budget.=20
2. A large number of employees who have already left the job or have =
been fired due to absence are still included in the training plan, while =
a number of new employees are not included in the training plan.
3. In nutrition training, newly hired nutrition consultants are not =
included in the training plan, while there are many problems in the =
services of new employees.
4. In some trainings, employees have been selected against duty, for =
example, midwives in tuberculosis training.
5. A number of trainings are planned in only two specific districts, =
while in all districts employees need serious training.
6. HMIS training is planned for all health center officials, while =
members of the Data Quality Committee in health centers should be =
trained in HMIS training, and on the other hand, the problems of =
reporting to health centers are not considered in assessing their =
training needs. .

I suggest that the training plan be reviewed with the participation of =
the heads of the technical departments - deputy technical manager - =
human resources development officer and director of human resources.
