Dear Shahzad Sahib,

Hope my email finds you well.

As you know that Omra Anwari Logistic Service Company is facilitating the
food services  for patient in Parwan province. The gas  expenses have not
been claimed in their invoices  except in Provincial hospital invoices. They
are claiming that gas expenses in kitchen was not part of the norm in their
contract and should be considered separately.

As the parwan office doesn't have their contract terms  and conditions,
therefore, I am requesting for your instructions on whether to grant them
with extra gas against kitchen. The invoice is hereby enclosed for your kind
information.
