BPHS/EPHS project started on November 2021 and I was a part every operational activity, hand over take over HR document collection and entering in data base, I started working as Admin/HR Assistant in Admin/HR department, Coordination with all Departments and management of Ad/HR department right now. As per my performance during previous months I have been looking for a higher salary in new contract. As promised based on performance our salaries will increase but unfortunately some of our colleagues salaries has been increased. I urge you to reconsider my salary.
