Dear Gulzai Sb,

As you know that I am recruited in Dec 2021 as Inventory Assistant. In the
first step I was getting AFN 15,000 salary which was the salary of a Guard
as well. And it was promised by Dr. Sahib Safar that the salaries of all the
positions like Assistant level and Officer level will be same. But in this
new contract, my position has been changed to Transport Assistant based on
my good performance and the salary is raised to $284 but not like other
Assistant, whose salary is $350.

Therefore, I am requesting you to please reconsider my salary as per the
other Assistant positions so that we can work in a discrimination free
environment.
