rami, Dehsabz, Shakadara, Guldara and Farza districts. Currently the search=
 operation did not resume in Mirbacha Kot, however, IEA forces maintain an =
increased presence.&nbsp;<br /></span></div>

 ongoing today in PDs 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, parts of PD 10, northern parts o=
f PD 11, northwestern parts of PD 17 and the northeastern part of PDs 15 an=
d 16. Furthermore, search operations started in PD 3, during the day. Searc=
h operations are expected to continue in the same PDs in the morning, and m=
ost likely some of the PDs will be completed during the day.&nbsp;<br /><br=
 /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Furthermore, search operations continue=
d throughout the day in Deh Sabz, Bagrami, Farza, Shakardara, Guldara and M=
irbacha Kot districts. Search operations also ceased for the night in these=
 districts but will resume in the morning, and IEA maintains an elevated po=
sture, including mobile checkpoints.&nbsp;<br /><br />Notably, during today=
's operation in PD 2 of Kabul City, IEA forces seized six Humvee-type vehic=
les, one other armoured vehicle and a small number of weapons from a privat=
e residence. Reportedly, the residence belonged to a member of the former G=
OA; however, the ownership could not be independently verified as of the ti=
me of writing.<br /><br /></div>

Ds 6, 7 and parts of PD 5.&nbsp;<br /><br />Search operations are expected =
to continue throughout the day and are expected to continue to include NGO =
compounds present in the mentioned areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

ng> IEA forces have ceased their operations for the day, and are anticipate=
d to resume tomorrow morning PDs 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16. IEA forces hav=
e also heightened their security posture in PD 7.&nbsp;<br /><br />IEA forc=
es will also conduct searches tomorrow in Charikar, Bagram, Ghorband, Shinw=
ari and Shaikh Ali. <br /><br />Earlier today IEA spokesman issued a statem=
ent regarding the progress of the ongoing search operation, including volun=
tary handover of weapons and unspecified equipment belonging to former ANSF=
 and GOA. The statement further mentioned IEA intent to combat criminality,=
 including abductions, and urged civilians to report information about crim=
inals or weapons to IEA authorities. Furthermore, the statement claimed tha=
t the search operation would end shortly, though no specific date was menti=
oned.<br /><br />Search operations are expected to continue tomorrow mornin=
g and are expected to continue to include NGO compounds present in the abov=
e-mentioned areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

currently ongoing in PD 2, PD 4, PD 9, PD 10, PD 11, PD 16 and PD 17, while=
 PD 12 and PD 19 are seemingly completed, with no further search operations=
 initiated this morning. Furthermore, the operation also started in some pa=
rts of PD 8, neighbouring Bagrami District.&nbsp;<br /><br />In PD 10, the =
operation continues today in the Kolola Pushta, Qala-e Khayat, Qala-e Wazir=
 and Sheporr areas. Furthermore and increased security posture remain in pl=
ace across the affected areas, including those where search operations have=
 not resumed today.&nbsp;<br /><br />Search operations are expected to cont=
inue throughout the day and are expected to continue to include NGO compoun=

<br />Search operations were ongoing in PD 4, PD 9, PD 10, PD 11, PD 12, PD=
 15, PD 16 and PD 19 of Kabul City, during the day. Furthermore, IEA forces=
 started to progress into PD 2, from PD 4. In PD 10, operations spread to t=
he Kolola Pushta area and continued in Qala-e Khayat, Qala-e Wazir and Sher=
por areas. Operations are expected to continue in these areas from tomorrow=
 morning.&nbsp;<br /><br />The operation continued in Qarabagh and Estalif =
districts throughout the day. The operation is most likely complete in thes=
e two districts as of today. At approximately 1500 hrs, the operation expan=

perations were seemingly finished in PD 19 and did not resume this morning.=
&nbsp;<br /><br />Search operations also resumed in multiple areas of Qarab=
agh and Istalif. However, search operations did not resume in Chaharasyab a=
nd Kalakan. However, IEA forces maintain a heightened posture in both distr=
icts, including multiple mobile checkpoints.&nbsp;<br /><br />Furthermore, =
search operations resumed in Parwan, Kapisa and Panjshir provinces.&nbsp;<b=
r /><br />Search operations are expected to continue throughout the day and=
 are expected to continue to include NGO compounds present in the mentioned=
 areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

PD11, PD15 and PD 17. In PD 10 IEA members are anticipated to focus searche=
s in the Qala-e Khayat and Qala-e Wazir and Sherpor areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /=

 and Kalakan districts. Aside from the continuation in Kabul Province, sear=

ing in the Qala-e Fatullah, Taimani areas and are progressing further into =
Shahr-e Naw, Haji Yaqub, Ansari, Shepoor and Qala-e Musa areas.&nbsp; In PD=
 4, the operations are slowly progressing into the Taimani Project area and=
 moving towards the Qala-e Wazir area.&nbsp;<br /><br />Furthermore, search=
 operations also resumed in Qarabagh, Chaharasyab, Estalif and Kalakan dist=
ricts. of Kabul Province and in Parwan, Kapisa and Panjshir provinces.</div=

tional mobile checkpoints still in place. Search operations are expected to=
 resume in the morning in all affected areas and very likely extend to furt=
her areas.&nbsp;<br /><br />Search operations continued throughout the day =
in multiple PDs of Kabul City, including PD 4, PD 10, PD 11, PD15, PD17 and=
 PD 19. Search operations continued in the Qala-e Fatullah and Taimani area=
s and expanded into Shahr-e Naw, Shepoor and Qala-e Musa areas. Furthermore=
, at least three additional NGO compounds were searched. No armed clashes o=
r shots fired have been reported as a result of the operations today.<br />=
<br />The attitude of IEA members searching NGO compounds have differed. IE=
A members were generally polite and in most cases searches were brief. Howe=
ver, in some instances, towards the Shahr-e Naw area, search teams were les=
s polite and searches were more thorough. In multiple cases, IEA members co=
nfiscated personal protection equipment, radios and satellite phones. Howev=
er, receipts were given and the equipment was later returned.&nbsp;<br /><b=
r />Operations will almost certainly restart in the morning in the same are=
as, expanding to multiple other areas including the Taimani Project of PD 4=
, moving towards Qala-e Wazir and extending further into Shahr-e Naw, Haji =
Yaqub and Ansari areas.&nbsp;<br /><br />Furthermore, search operations con=
tinued in Qarabagh, Chaharasyab, Estalif and Kalakan districts. Aside from =
the continuation in Kabul Province, search operations also continued in Par=

IEA members are focusing on the same areas as yesterday, including the Taim=
ani and Qala-e Fatullah areas in PD 10, with a large NGO presence. Furtherm=
ore, operations have expanded into Qala-e Musa of PD 10 and the Shahr-e Naw=
 and Kart-e Parwan of PD 4. Compounds that were not checked in the last two=
 days can be expected to receive a visit from the IEA during the day.&nbsp;=
<br /><br />The search operations will most likely expand to include furthe=
r areas within the city during the day. Furthermore, IEA posture remains el=
evated in all affected areas, and mobile checkpoints temporarily close stre=
ets where checks are ongoing, causing traffic disruptions.&nbsp;<br /><br /=

 for the day. However, the IEA posture remains elevated, with multiple addi=

 resume in the morning in all affected areas and very likely extend to furt=
her areas.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Search operations continued throughout =
the day in multiple PDs of Kabul City, including PD 4, PD 10, PD 11, PD15, =
PD17 and PD 19. In PD 10, search operations continued in the Qala-e Fatulla=
h and Taimani areas, and at least one additional NGO compound was searched =
during the day. Furthermore, search operations continued in Qarabagh and Ch=
aharasyab districts while also extending to Estalif and Kalakan districts.&=

e operations today. Notably, in PD 19, in the Pul-e Charkhi area, IEA membe=
rs searched approximately 50 houses from which seizures of weapons were mad=
e in around 47. Furthermore, a relatively large, but currently unclear, num=
ber of vehicles were reportedly seized in the same area.&nbsp;<br /><br />A=
lso in the Pul-e Charkhi area of PD 19, IEA forces searched the house of an=
 IEA member and seized a very large amount of ammunition and an unknown num=

he affected areas during the day; however, the figures remained unknown as =

and expand to new areas for several days to come and can be expected to con=

IEA members are focusing on the same areas as yesterday, including the Taim=
ani and Qala-e Fatullah areas in PD 10, with a large NGO presence. Compound=
s that were not checked yesterday can be expected to receive a visit from t=
he IEA in the coming hours.&nbsp;<br /><br />Additionally, IEA forces have =
extended their search to PD 4 as well, in the Parwan Sewom area, as well as=
 in PD 11's Qala-e Najarha, and PD 17's Sar-e Kotal areas. Further areas ma=
y be affected in the coming hours.<br /><br />In the abovementioned locatio=
ns, IEA posture is elevated, and mobile checkpoints temporarily close stree=
ts where checks are ongoing.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in pl=
ace, with NGOs advised to minimise movement in the abovementioned areas, an=

eased the house searches; however, an increased presence of mobile checkpoi=
nts remain in all the affected areas and multiple other areas of the city. =
The search operations have most likely been paused for the night, with incr=
eased security presence in place to secure progress made during the day and=
 search operations are expected to resume in the morning of 26 February and=
 spread further across the city. Search operations and an increased securit=
y presence can be expected to continue in the coming days. Reportedly, seve=
ral thousand IEA members have been involved in today's operations in Kabul =
and surrounding provinces.<br /><br />Multiple NGO compounds have been sear=
ched as part of the operations in Kabul City. While attempts at avoiding IE=
A members to enter NGO premises by explaining the nature of the organisatio=
n have been mostly unsuccessful, INSO has not received reports of significa=
nt damage to property, violence or threats to NGO staff members. Searches c=
an be expected to continue to include NGO facilities in the coming days.<br=
 /><br />When completing the search of a house, IEA forces have marked the =
door of the compound, with a text saying that the compound had been searche=
d and secured, to track progress and to avoid double searching.<br /><br />=
IEA forces have made arrests during the search operations; however, the fig=
ure currently remains unknown. Furthermore, IEA forces have seized weapons,=
 including personal weapons, from multiple houses, and an unknown number of=
 vehicles have been confiscated.&nbsp;<br /><br />In one incident, in the Q=
ala-e Fatullah area of PD 10, IEA forces shot around three warning shots in=
to the air to stop a vehicle that reportedly attempted to escape a checkpoi=
nt. The driver and three other persons in the vehicle were arrested, and an=
 unknown amount of weapons were reportedly seized from the vehicle. Aside f=
rom this incident, there have been no reports of armed clashes or shots fir=
ed in Kabul City, as a result of the operation.&nbsp;<br /><br />Aside from=
 operations in Kabul Province, similar large scale search operations have b=
een conducted in Parwan and Kapisa provinces throughout the day. These oper=
ations have also been paused for the night. Furthermore, an increased IEA p=
resence has been observed in Logar Province, with additional mobile checkpo=
ints around Mohammad Agha DAC and Pul-e Alam City.&nbsp;<br /><br />IEA iss=
ued a statement regarding the ongoing operation through social media, infor=
ming the public about the ongoing search operation of Kabul City and surrou=
nding provinces. The statement urged civilians to cooperate with the securi=
ty forces and explained that the operations were to ensure security.&nbsp;<=
