and to include further areas within Rukha District during the day and poten=
tially move towards Khej and Bazarak districts. Furthermore, IEA posture re=
mains elevated in all affected areas and mobile checkpoints temporarily clo=
se areas where checks are ongoing, causing traffic disruptions.<br /><br />=

trong> The search operations ceased at approximately 1900 hrs. However, the=
 increased IEA presence and posture, including mobile checkpoints, remain i=
n place. The search operation in Panjshir is expected to resume in the morn=
ing and continue for several days.<br /><br />The operation continued in th=
e Abraham area throughout the day and expanded to the <a href=3D"https://go=
o.gl/maps/uxY87gdQNhKPH8aD8">Abdawa</a> and <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/=
TosPZQmkuqQBahga6">Darkhel</a> areas of Rukha District. The operation is ve=
ry likely to expand to further areas during the coming days, including furt=
her areas of Rukha District and areas of Khej and Bazarak districts.&nbsp;&=
nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

trong> IEA forces have commenced an operation in the title area since this =
morning, with the aim of seizing unlicensed weapons and vehicles belonging =
to the former government, as well as arresting members of the armed opposit=
ion.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Similar operations are ongoing in Kabul=
, Parwan, and Kapisa. The operation in Panjshir is expected to continue for=
 a few days, and will likely expand to other areas of the province.&nbsp;</=
div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">NGOs are advised to minimise unessentia=
l movements within Rukha District and the Panjshir Valley throughout the da=
y and seek information about affected areas through INSO or other trusted s=
ources prior to movement.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">NGOs present in affected areas are advi=
sed to inform their compound guards and other staff of the ongoing operatio=
n. Those present at NGO premises should be prepared to explain the NGO's ma=
ndate and the impartial nature of their work, and present relevant permissi=
ons upon request to IEA members wishing to search their premises.</div>
