Dear Dr Shb!
All related data was accurate, for low performance of indicators, just
Delivery, measles, consultation of <5 , TB cure and trauma was not meet the
targets which will follow justification:
1- winter season and snowy/rainy days, which effect by clients to go HF for
health services and decrease mother and child related indicators(delivery,
measles and consultation for <5).
2- TB cure will be considered six months ago, which detection month was
August 2021, when HFs were partially functional.
3- Traume case: due to decrease events of fights normally will
decrease cases of trauma.
Its mentionable in the report capacity building and training was not
reflected ( HMIS training for 4 DHs, Nutrition training for 4 DHs, Malaria
Training etc...).
