As an action point from our meeting yesterday, you have received an email w=
ith a link to your organisation's folder for Sehatmandi documents managemen=
t.

In that folder, you will find:

1.  Signed programme document
  2.  FACE forms
  3.  Budgets
  4.  List of HFs
  5.  Population data
  6.  Results framework (targets data)
  7.  A 'Reporting Folder' with the reporting template that you will be usi=
ng for monthly reporting:

*   Kindly read the 'guidance' tab prior to populating it.
  *   Programmatic reporting sheets have protect cells. Only those that req=
uire data entry are editable.
  *   You are encouraged to use the slicer filters to ease sorting and navi=
gation, especially in the sheet with all the HFs.
  *   Kindly upload on a monthly basis the final reports  in this folder. Y=
ou can alert the designated UNICEF colleagues via email when you upload mon=
thly reports

Hint. Kindly duplicate the reporting template and rename copies per month s=
o you can have 5 completed reporting templates at the end of June. You can =
keep a  'clean copy' too.

While accessing the folder, if prompted to insert a code, kindly check your=
 spam mail for emailed codes from Microsoft Sharepoint Online. This folder =
is accessible only to contacts provided by your office. I encourage you to =
bookmark the folder.
