Dear Amini Sahib,

The Parwan provincial office is allotted with total 6 vehicles through a =
contract. We can accommodate the Technical team with 3 vehicles for =
March. The technical team should manage their supervision plan along =
with the EPI officer by considering these 3 vehicles. As you know, one =
vehicle stays permanently with Project Manager and 2 vehicles are used =
for operation purposes.

I have already requested the main office to give us the approval for 2 =
more vehicles.

As far as the request for the new recruitment is concerned, the request =
has also been shared to include the positions in the new HR plan. As =
soon we get the plan, the positions will be filled through the =
recruitment process.

Greetings

Unfortunately, last month, due to lack of transportation and =
insufficient technical staff, we could not supervise all the health =
centers in parwan province.If we want to monitor all health centers, we =
need five car for monitoring teams daily

now I want to know how many cars are planned for the monitoring teams =
daily in March 2022 to adjust those monitoring teams.

I will also be happy to be informed about the recruitment of new =
technical staff that we urgently need and whose list has already been =
shared so that they can cooperate in the monitoring teams.
