According to our Action plan we have mission to Kunduz province which =
will be started our mission on 06.march.2022. our mission objectives are =
sportive supervision of Sehatmandi Project, Malaria project and TSFP =
Project which are mentioned the details of our mission is attached. If =
you add any more task which we missed please let us know.

Note: And also request to giving direction for related department to =
prepare transport and accommodation for the mentioned mission.

1.     Conducted meeting with provincial colleagues and submitted our =
mission plan=20

2.     Conducted 14 HFs monitoring and provided each HFs follow up =
action for taking prompt action

3.     Conducted meeting with provincial team and presented finding =
feedback of 14 HFs with follow action plan with finding evidence =
(Picture of each finding)=20

4.     Filled M&E checklist provincial office and HFs

5.     Reviewed Progress of Project work plan

6.     Monitoring of Malaria project
