Charikar City (PDs 1, 2, and 3). IEA forces have a heightened posture in Ja=
balussaraj, Bagram, as well as Sayedkhel districts, however, no operations =
are ongoing there. Rather, as is the case in Kapisa, the focus appears to h=
ave shifted towards targeted operations. Nonetheless, checks on highways an=
d secondary roads remain thorough and include checks of documents as well a=
s contents of trunks and luggage. &nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The previous advisory is now lifted for=
 all but Charikar city centre. NGOs are nonetheless advised to minimise non=
-essential movements through Parwan, and, when moving, ensure that they are=
 in possession of all necessary vehicle and personal documentation.&nbsp;</=

trong> The search operations in Parwan Province ceased at approximately 190=
0 hrs. However, the increased IEA presence and posture, including mobile ch=
eckpoints, remain in place in the affected areas. The search operations are=
 expected to resume in the morning and continue for the coming days.&nbsp;<=
br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 26 February, 1000 hrs:</s=
trong> IEA operations resumed as of this morning, and have extended to Bagr=
am and Jabalussaraj districts, as well as several more locations in Charika=
r District. As is the case with similar operations in Kabul and Parwan, the=
 objective is primarily related to the armed opposition and seizures of wea=
pons and vehicles belonging to the former government.&nbsp; <br /><br />The=
 operation is likely to last for several more days, and include additional =
villages and districts as well.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>

rs:</strong> The search operations ceased at approximately 1900 hrs. Howeve=
r, the increased IEA presence and posture remain. While the title road was =
reopened for traffic during the day, mobile checkpoints remain in place, se=
arching passing vehicles. The house search operations are expected to resum=
e in the morning and potentially continue for the coming days.&nbsp;<br /><=
