I acknowledge the receipt of your email and will try out best in filing the
documents as per the checklist. It's worth mentioning that till now we
haven't received the budget for Parwan office & HFs and the HFs and
Provincial office employment contracts are not prepared so far.

I will appreciate if you can kindly send us the budget and the chart of
accounts so that the payroll and other documentations are prepared before
the month end.

Dear Colleagues,

You all are instructed to prepare and submit all your financial documents in
the support of monthly financial report that finance unit can accurately and
timely report all the financial reports to our donors on timely manner
without mistakes and errors. The expenses without support documents will not
be considered eligible in donor reporting. It is also noticed that the
financial documents checklist is not followed during the preparation process
of the supporting documents which significantly upsets the accuracy of the
reporting to donors and timely payment to suppliers and other stakeholders.

Therefore your Any delay will be consider related province and/or department
negligence and will be counted for serious disciplinary action.

Dear Ahmadzai sahib and Sadaqat sahib,

Your action in above issue will be highly appreciated and further follow the
JACK finance policy to avoid such discrepancies and fully implement the
control measures in compliance with JACK and donors policies and procedures.
Make sure that your submitted report for donor submission is fully supported
with expense documents.
