Hope the BoQs will be finalized by today because the suppliers are =
waiting to receive it and also let me bring to your kind attention that =
last Thursday I received an unknown call from a supplier telling me that =
JACK has already contracted these procurements and even started the =
delivery to the hospitals. Hope this is not true, if so then we have to =
stop such practices, because it will deteriorate the JACK=E2=80=99s =
image to the outsiders.=20

I also request to extend the deadline for Bid submission as we are =
almost very late to collect the bids from the suppliers.=20
