Dear Esteemed Partner

I am informed by our payments office that there has been an unusual delay in
transfer and receipt of funds into some of the AIB accounts. Some of you
have already escalated the matter to us.

I am therefore reaching out to seek confirmation from you whether:

a)       You have received funds for January payment - these were disbursed
from our end in early February. {Yes or no. Insert comment here:..........}

b)      Whether healthcare workers' salaries and other items relating to
January have been settled: {Yes or No. Insert comments
here:.................}

c)       If you have received the funds, kindly populate the 'monthly report
details by facility' showing the number of healthcare workers paid etc and
share with us together with the monthly performance report for your
provinces. For ease of consolidation of the overall period performance on my
end, I kindly request you to share similar reports for Nov and December as
well (apologies as most of you have already shared these). {insert comments

As this phase of Sehatmandi has come to an end,  also the
liquidation/reporting FACE form as soon as you can and comment on variances
and unutilized funds.

For overall programme closure, I will be in touch with individual
