As per the unofficial report of Parwan PH and BPHS health facilities, =
the Measles cases has been increased (outbreak)among children under five =
at Parwan province specially Syagerd, Shinwary, Center of Parwan, Bagram =
and Koh-e-Safi districts and some death case also been reported.=20

For that purpose, JACK provincial management team has been requested to =
take appropriate action in close coordination with the Parwan PPHD.  The =
issue is forwarded to you for your information and direction.
