Dear All, 
Greetings 
As per the needs of community and apply the policy of BPHS the MCH services
will keep and maintained 24 hours, based on my justification at Tutumdara
CHC it is not applicable right now, because one midwife cannot stay at night
and other is ready to stay, my suggestion is that the eligible midwife will
continue their night duty and instead of other she will come as per case, I
contact with community for this moment the stopping of night duty, the
reputation of JACK will affected and the satisfaction rate of community will
decrease, therefore I shared the issue officially, in case of your comments
and suggestion please let us know, otherwise the eligible midwife currently
contacted with in-charge and me and I advise them to wait for our final
decision.

Note: The above lesson learn and experience applied at Aqtash CHC as well
during our mission to the mention HFs.
