Dear Shahzad Sahib,

As you know that Parwan office is allotted with 6 vehicles via contractor.
Among them one Vehicle is of Haji Satar who was recommended by JACK main
office. On Thursday 17th Feb, 2022, he was called by JACK main office to
work there in Kabul. And as it was discussed sometimes back that we are in
need of two extra vehicles beside the 6 vehicles. By seconding this vehicle,
we are faced with vehicle shortage that could ultimately affect our
operations as well.

And also I would like to let you know that Parwan office was also paying
monthly salary to Haji Satar as he was included in the payroll by Dr Sahib
Safar.

Therefore, I would like to have your instructions on the status of Haji
Satar vehicle and salary so that we can move forward accordingly.
