Dear Colleagues

To mention that the quality service of OPD SAM is poor and the findings
which are mentioned by Moazami Sahib mostly the others OPD SAM Sits have
the same problem and and mostly have the same findings. Hope Now we have
JACK we will improve the quality of service by *Supportive Supervisions
and on the job training and as well we all follow up the findings. *
