Dear Kazimi Sahib,

Thank you very much for your email and glad you showed your commitment to
continue to work with us. I will write my comments one by one for your job
continuation conditions you have set forth.

Position Change: As per the HR policy and the commitment made with the
donor, all key positions need to be recruited on merit basis. If the said
title, Senior Nutrition Officer, is available in the approved Staffing
plan, the first priority will be given to you to go through the recruitment
process.

Office Support: All the support you need, in terms of equipment=E2=80=99s a=
nd
tools, will be provided to you.

Salary : Regarding salary raise, I would like to assure you that the
salaries of all PO staff and HFs staff are as per the approved HR plan. We
are expecting the budget receipt this week and if there is a salary raise
as promised in this budget, it will be offered to you.

Thus, I will suggest you stay with our team and if the flexibility is
available in the salary increment and position change in the HR plan, I
will instruct the Operation department to cooperate with you.
