Dear Dr Saheb Moazami;

Thank You for the great work you have always done, it is good that we have
the real picture of the HFs service status; for solving the technical
issues in this HF and other HFs you would know that better I would like to
to request you and other respected NE of Parwan to prioritize these type of
HFs in their planning and visits HFs regular to improve the quality of
services, and share your feedbacks with IP as well if their support was
needed in any part.
