Dear Colleagues,

Due to report of WHO from Tawrij BHC in Sheikh Ali district of Parwan;
today, the HF was monitored, the report from the world health organization
and the available services of OPD-SAM and nutrition situation of the area
aren't comparable, it may be miss understanding or communication, the HF
staff said; might be the informations gotten from the public people,
because people thought by this report will what kind of help might be
provided to the people by this organization, and we never give wrong
information.

1) The screening service is conducting properly to all under five age
children, around 5 to 10 children screened in daily.

2) In monthly cases finding are 5 to 15 malnourished children.

3) Currently available cases in OPD-SAM are 58 children that the services
conduct as well.

4) Enough RUTF is available for the treatment around 1350 sachets.

But, actually the HF services of OPD-SAM has more problems technically;
such as filling of treatment cards, appetite test, consideration of danger
sings, follow up of absenteeism,  reporting, registration special discharge
page, updating of stock card, referral system, hasn't standard space for
the services, and etc and in the month of December was stock out it is an
acute problem.
