Dear Colleagues,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the hard =
work, you all have been working for the last three months. I know you =
have been through the hard times in managing your work due to work loads =
and today we can see the result of our hardships by having the BPHS & =
EPHS project extension for the next couple of months. I congratulate you =
all for this achievement.

As we have entered into the 2nd phase of the project and moving from =
Emergency to normal status, I am expecting some improvements in the =
daily management that would help us to utilize the official time very =
efficiently and effectively. For the betterment, I am drawing your =
attention for the following below mentioned points.=20

1-      My policy is an open door policy. Each and every one can access =
my office at any time but keeping in view the management hierarchy. All =
staff need to consult and report directly to their line manager. No one =
is allowed to bypass their reporting line.=20

2-      As the project activities are divided into 2 sections. One is =
Operational activities and the other is Technical activities.=20

-          All operational activities need to be referred directly to =
the operational section and=20

-          the technical activities to the technical section.=20

This would help the managers to utilize their time properly.

3-      All communication and reporting outside the office even to JACK =
Kabul, must be channeled via project manager office.=20

4-      All of you are required to be punctual to office and sign your =
attendance on time.=20

5-      All staff are needed to follow the code of conduct and ethics. =
Colleagues are required to not to disclose the official data and =
information outside office premises.

6-      Each of you are informed to be in your office during official =
times. Try to avoid visiting other departments with no purpose.

I request all of you to please make your office environment friendly and =
professional. If in any walk of your activities, my assistance is =
needed, my office door is open.

Once again, I am happy to have such a professional team here in Parwan =
and appreciate your consistent hard work for the project.
