Dear Shirzada,

After noticing your below email, it is a clear violation of the JACK
principles and policies. How it comes to bring any one without test and
interview and without getting prior approval of the JACK responsible
authorities. Before sending such kind of email you should first consult with
me for getting the approval of the top management to exercise the JACK HR
policy and to avoid any future noncompliance risk. Your such attempts bring
JACK under serious observations and can destroy the reputation in front of
donors and other stakeholders.

Therefore, consider this email as a last and final written warning and it
will be file into your personal file.  If you repeat this acts, you will be
charged strict disciplinary actions including your contract termination with
JACK.

I am sure that you will not take this warning lightly and you will try not
to repeat this kind of refraction. The JACK will not put up with you if you
are ever seen violating the JACK rules, regulations and policies again.
