Dear Hassanzai sahib,

Thank you very much for sharing the TPM report.

After reviewing the report, the ineligible costs are wrongly presented in t=
he TPM report. The stated observations are already reconciled with UNDP fin=
ance department colleague M. Yousuf Walizada sahib and we both finalized th=
e final face report where the signed face report is already shared with UND=
P colleagues. It is worth to mention that these expenses are related to ele=
ctricity bills only of health facilities and these are paid after Auditor e=
xit meeting that's why we are noticing these observations in TPM report. Ad=
ditionally, thank you Nazari sahib for your yesterday visit to our office w=
here we discussed about these ineligible observations. We also discussed on=
 the mechanism that how to resolve and bring correction in the TPM report a=
s per actual expenses that are made.

Therefore It is requesting that please advise me for the next step to make =
correction in the report to make us eligible to be paid these expenses.

Further, the second face report is ready for submission to reimburse our re=
maining due amount. Please also instruct me in this regard that we could re=
ceive the amount at earliest.
