for October to file these accurately.

Further, if there is any lake of documents for the November, December and
January, please collect all the document and file adequately in your unit.

Thank you for your email.

The HR related docs are already submitted by finance to the audit team,
where I am currently in gap of information so I am requesting to share those
data with us so that we understand the situation and complete the process
successfully.

For your information, today morning I had a f2f meeting with Mr. Noori the
audit manager, we have discussed the process in detail which toke place in
October for Sehatmandi project funded by GF/UNDP, so there is no issue to be
worry about providing the required data from HR department.

It is understandable that you are asking this data from related provinces
for our current audit purposes which is not properly filed in advance in HR
department.

But make sure, that we should file all information in the HR department to
avoid any negligence in future. If there is any support required, do not
hesitate to let me know.
