Dear Shirzada sahib,

It is understandable that you are asking this data from related provinces
for our current audit purposes which is not properly filed in advance in HR
department.

But make sure, that we should file all information in the HR department to
avoid any negligence in future. If there is any support required, do not
hesitate to let me know.

We are expecting an audit and the covering period will be from 1st of
October to 30th October 2021 which was funded by the UNDP, so please share
the final payrolls processed soft & hard (signed scan) copies for October
2021 and make sure the following documents are ready for the spot check.

- employment contracts
- payrolls
- payslips
- timesheets
- proof of payment/bank statements
- tax clearance from the government
- any other relevant documentation.
