Dear WHO and UNICEF colleagues,

Greetings from JACK.

Since the contracts of BPHS & EPHS projects in the provinces have been
finished at the end of January 2022, JACK carry over the operations and
continuously delivering the health services till date.

It is worth mentioning that for awarding the contracts for another phase, we
signed the BPHS contract with UNICEF from our end but the duly signed
contract is not shared with us officially. The EPHS contract status with WHO
is also not clear.

As we did not receive any notification about the continuation of the
operation, therefore we are kindly requesting you to issue your clear
instructions related to our operations in the provinces whether to continue
or stop the operations to avoid any future disappointments.

Your valued instructions will be highly considered and pursued. And we JACK
are looking forward to have your soonest response.

We trust on mutual partnership with both of your prestigious organizations
to fulfill the basic needs of Afghanistan needy people.
