Dear Provincial colleagues,

I trust you all are fine.

First let me thank you for all your day and night efforts for making the
BPHS/EPHS journey successful since three months. Now we are at the end of
the projects funded by UNICEF and WHO therefore you are requesting to submit
all your financial reports on time that we could finalize and submit to
donors for their further reference and review. The experience with UNICEF
and WHO was very productive and now we are in better position to understand
their requirements as per contractual indicators, M&E, spot checks and Audit
purposes. We faced multiple challenges during last three month and truly it
developed our skills and understanding. The good thing is that we met all
the requirement due to your hard efforts and commitments which is truly
admirable.

We are supposed to enter into new phase of the EPHS/BPHS project from start
of the February. I think we should make some advance preparations to execute
the projects with more efficiency and effectiveness to fulfill the donors
requirements with high satisfaction and to avoid any surprise and emergency
situation. For this purpose, I am attaching the lists of medicines, medical
supplies, lab reagents and oxygen to revised as per their provincial
requirements in consideration of EPHS and BPHS modality. The new modality
for EPHS and BPHS is that PH and DH fall under EPHS scope while the CHC+,
CHC, BHC, SHC, MHT and PHC fall under BPHS scope. That's why please revise
the items lists with utmost requirements of donors (WHO & UNICEF) what we
experienced in last three months to avoid any deficiency in future in terms
of medicines, medical supplies, lab reagents and fuel (Gas, Deasil and
Petrol) as per HFs requirement. Please also consider the medicines and
revised kits for CHWs in your revised list to be submitted back to us no
later than this Thursday.

Additionally, Please provide complete lists for the following budget lines
as per explanation of each activity line;

1.       HMIS tools approved by JACK M&E lists and samples,

2.       Stationary items list,

3.       Winterization quantity as per HF according to attached sample

4.       Vehicles specification for rental purposes (Ambulance and staff
transportation vise),

5.       Vehicles maintenance (spare parts vise)

6.       Hygiene and cleaning materials items list,

7.       HFs facilities rentals list with amount,

8.       HFs electricity status (available/unavailable) with historical per
month electricity cost,

9.       Patient and HF Staff food menu (Separate for PH, DH and CHC),

10.   HFs Furniture specifications and requirements as per HFs,

11.   List of HFs to be renovated with proposed BoQ.

Please provide above details and requirements that we could proceed with
procurement processes without any delay in order to implement the projects
incompliance with due contracts.
