As you know that the Audit team from UNICIF will visit JACK Main office by
tomorrow (26-Jan-21)

for Spot check of the required documents of Finance, HR and logistic
departments.

We have shared the required documents list with both of departments on date
(22-Jan-21).

As the deadline is near and we have not received the required documents from
HR and Logistic departments.

Please provide the required documents till COB today.
