Dear Shahzad Sahib,

It is to mention that in first instance we were trying to reduce the amount
of night shifts. The director of PPHD asked us not to increase their
remuneration but to pay as per their previous remuneration. The only things
that are added are the volunteer trainers that has been imposed by the PPHD.

These issues were discussed with Dr Sahib Safar and Dr Sahib Noor Ahmad,
where they gave their assurance to the PPHD for the payment of the night
shifts salaries as requested.

At this stage, the time is very limited as the delegation team is coming,
the parwan team has agreed with the PPHD that all the night shift salaries
will be paid very soon. We just have only one day to pay only the three HFs
where the WHO team will pay their visit.

You better understand the technicality and donor requirement during their
review. If we go with the allocated amount, we will be overspending in this
remuneration specific budget line which will ultimately disqualify the over
expenses.

Best consider the limit and the same is approved by JACK top management.

Dear Shahzad Sahib,

We were negotiating the night shift expenses one by one with each HFs where
then the HFs colleagues approached the Director of Parwan Public Health. In
consultation with Dr. Sahib Safar and Dr. Sahib Noor Ahmad and keeping in
view the urgency of the critical situation, the technical team was advised
to pay the night shift salaries as per the previous records. And based on
that all night shift salaries were adjusted as per the previous records.

Your kind instructions are awaited in this regard.

Thank you for sharing the documents.

We made calculation in consideration of the approved budget where it is
assured that the night duties as per your allocation is exceeding the
remuneration budget limit per month. Therefore you are advised that please
restrict the night duties total amount up to 2m AFN only that we could work
as per approved budget limits.

Please share the revised night duties at your earliest.

Further, the amount is requested and by tomorrow morning the amount will be
transferred.
