The budget placed at the Proposal is confusing as the total budget = does not correspond with the breakdown for each of the line activities. = Look at the Summary of the Budget. They need to revise this. 2. The project indicators must correspond with the impact of this = project to our beneficiaries, in this 3 months=E2=80=99 request for = funding. I would suggest to place indicators and targets basing on: ( = please note that we need monthly achievements vs targets) a. Total number of patients seen at the Out Patient Department in = 3 months, plus target ( male and female) b. Total number of patients admitted at the hospital in 3 months, = plus target ( male and female) c. Total umbers of referrals received in 3 months, plus target ( = male and female) d. Total number of surgeries conducted in 3 months, plus target ( = male and female) ( number that are elective and emergency surgeries) e. Number of SAM patients with complications admitted in 3 months, = targets ( boys, girls)=20 f. Number of SAM patients discharged in 3 months, targets ( boys, = girl) 3. Please also add the monthly morbidities with age groups , sex, for = New and Follow-Up cases seen at OPD and Inpatients 4. The Excel Sheet for the Budgets ( including BOQs) are confusing, = namely: a. The Main Office Salaries were budgeted for 3 months , but the = Hopsital Staff Salaries were only per month. Please make it uniform. It = was very confusing. b. We need the breakdown of the Medicines and Medical Supplies by = having specific BOQ as it was worth 164,000 USD.=20 c. At the Hospital Running Cost, under 4.2, you place the fuel for = generator for your Kunduz Office.=20 d. Then 6.1 under Hosp Running Cost, we need a breakdown of the = winter heating for hospital for 3 months which you have budgeted at = 15,000 USD for 3 months.=20 5. Please ensure that the breakdown of the budget must be correctly = computed.
