Dear Amin Jan,

UNICEF Project will be audited by BDO a consultancy company and they have
asked for the following document from HR department tomorrow to be shared
via email:

*        Copy from the project personal report (for the period subject to
spot check) ; (showing staff name/position/budget line/month worked/ salary
covered by UNICEF/ total salary).

Following components should be ready for the physical and spot check.

*        All UNICEF project staff file (for the period subject to spot
check)

*        All UNICEF project staff timesheets and time attendance (for the
period subject to spot check).

*        Payroll sheet for November 2021 as shown in the salary calculation

Please make sure all the documents are the first component is shared by
today and rest of the documents will be asked tomorrow.
