Dear Colleagues,

Hope you are doing well.

It is to inform you that the WHO senior delegation is visiting Parwan
Province's three Health Facilities (Provincial Hospital, Ghulam Ali and
Sire-House) by coming Monday January 24, 2022. They will observe, monitor
and confirm the health services delivery as per mutual contract and will
ensure the availability of different items  in each HF. Therefore you all
are advised to make sure that all the preparations are taken in place in
below but not limited to;

1.       The HFs are equipped with required medicines, Medical supplies and
Lab regents.

2.       Enough winterization supplies are available

3.       The HF is equipped with hygiene stuff

4.       Food items are adequately provided

5.       The HFs are neat and clean and the bed sheets are changed
frequently

6.       All the staff are present

7.       All the major maintenance has done

8.       All the HF staff are provided with medical costumes with WHO and
JACK badges

9.       Visibility is demonstrated and the sign boards are well placed

10.   Pay the mentioned HFs salaries

Please consider all other activities which are not mentioned above and let
me know if there is any assistance or support required.

Your prompt action will be more appreciated as well.
